Eva Cederbalk, Chairman of the Board of Directors

Eva Cederbalk is an expert in payment solutions, with a proven track record in positions such as CEO of SBAB, CEO of Eurocard & Netgiro International, head of SEB's Card division and as a member of If's executive group responsible for e-commerce.

Sebastian Siemiatkowski, CEO

Sebastian Siemiatkowski holds a degree from the Stockholm School of Economics and has eight years’ experience in sales, including being former Head of Sales at Djuice Uppsala. However, the most noted of Sebastian’s accomplishments is that he, along with our two other founders, revolutionized Swedish e-commerce, and created the success story we know today as Klarna.

Victor Jacobsson, Board Member

Victor Jacobsson was Klarna’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) from 2005–2011. One of Klarna’s co-founders, Victor is a finance graduate of the Stockholm School of Economics and began the Klarna venture with his two partners due to the exceptionally strong business model as well as the product.

Niklas Adalberth, Deputy CEO and Board Member

Niklas Adalberth is Klarna’s third founding member. Niklas has a Master in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and experience in being an entrepreneur within the IT sector.

Sir Michael Moritz, Board Member

Michael Moritz is a Partner at Sequoia Capital, where he works with investments in the services sector. Mr. Moritz founded Technologic Partners and previously held various positions at Time Warner before joining Sequoia Capital in 1986. During his time at Sequoia Capital, Mr. Moritz has invested in companies such as Google, Yahoo and PayPal and has served on the Boards of these companies.

Klaus Hommels, Board Member

Klaus Hommels is the CEO and owner of Switzerland-based venture capital firm Hommels Holding. He is known for his investments in online success stories such as Facebook, Skype and Spotify.

Nigel Morris, Board Member

Nigel Morris is the managing partner of QED Investors, a direct investment fund focused on high-growth companies that leverage the power of data strategies. Nigel is best known as the co-founder of Capital One Financial Services, where he built a brand which grew to one of the largest issuers of Visa and Mastercard in the world. During his ten year tenure, Capital One grew sales at a compound annual rate of more than 40 percent and transitioned from an emerging start-up into an established public company valued at over $20 billion. Nigel currently serves on the board of numerous for-profit companies including Red Ventures, Media Math, and Braintree.

Anton J. Levy, Board Member

Anton J. Levy is a Managing Director at General Atlantic, a global growth equity firm, where he is heading the global Internet and Technology practice and serves on the firm's Executive Committee. Mr. Levy has worked closely with many of General Atlantic's portfolio companies and is a director of several portfolio companies including Affinion Group, AKQA, Gilt Groupe, Red Ventures and Web.com, and manages a number of the firm's other investments in the internet, marketing services and media areas.
