How do I remove an order?
Go to
in the Merchant portal and open an order you want to remove. Click on the ‘Refund all’ button to remove it. The refund will trigger a repayment to your customer (if they’ve already paid), and the same amount will be deducted from your next payout.Good to know: if you’ve captured an order in parts, you need to refund each and every separately captured item from that order.
