Why are my payouts suspended?

If you’ve just completed your onboarding process, and the status of your payouts is shown as ‘suspended’ in the

section of the Merchant portal – you can relax. This is the usual status displayed to all newly onboarded merchants as we ensure everything works correctly. So, give some time for the information to be updated.
