Your merchant ID (e.g. K6XXXX)
The reason for canceling your application
You`ll receive confirmation from our
shortly after submitting the form. If not specified otherwise, the contract will be terminated at the end of your contract / within 30 days from receiving the cancellation request. Please reply directly to this email.
