The Help section in

lets you search for answers to your Klarna-related questions. You can look for a question or a topic of your own choice or choose from different topics and answers already offered. Related inquiries will be suggested to you on the spot, helping you answer any additional questions related to the same issue. So, save your time, and help yourself quickly and efficiently.

Our Merchant support is just one click away. The

section lets you keep track of all your support requests sent to our dedicated Merchant support teams. You can submit your request in the form, check the support status, and send replies directly from the Merchant portal. If you find an answer on your own, you can close your request.
