I can't open a Klarna balance, what can I do?

Follow these troubleshooting steps before trying again to open a Klarna balance:

- If your personal information is not yet updated after moving address
- If you are below 18
- If you already have an existing account
- If you entered your full name, date of birth or address incorrectly

How to try again to open a Klarna balance

1. Log in the


2 Go to Wallet
3. Select Klarna balance
4. Follow the prompts to Set up your Klarna balance
