Still unable to view your orders?
Orders made with Klarna are linked to the email address the order was placed with. If there is no existing Klarna account registered for the email used, a new Klarna account will be created for that order. So if you are not seeing a specific purchase, it is important to check that you have logged into your Klarna profile with the email address you have used at the checkout . To see what email address is connected to the order you are looking for, just check the confirmation email you received from the store. If the email address is non-existent, we recommend 

Apple Pay
When you place an order by signing up with Apple ID you have the option of sharing or hiding your email address. If you choose to hide your email address when using your Apple ID a random email address will be created to keep your information private. In this case you won’t be able to see the order in the app as it is linked to the random email address , please 

As soon as you make the purchase, you will receive an email from Klarna outlining your payment schedule. These payments will be automatically withdrawn from the card you have on file with us. Klarna will process your payments and send you an email confirming the payment status.

If you want to make an early payment, simply 

Follow the steps below to make an early payment:

In the Klarna app:

• Log in to the app

• Click 

  My Klarna
   to find the option to view your Purchases or all your Payments.

• Choose the purchase you want to pay early.

• If the payment options Pay early or Pay in full are available for that purchase, just follow the prompts to pay earlier.

On Klarna.com/ie

• Log in to your klarna.com/ie account with the email address associated with your account.

• Click Purchases or 

  Payments
   to find the statement you’d like to pay

• Choose the purchase, or you want to pay early

• If the payment options Pay early or Pay in full are available for that purchase, just follow the prompts to pay earlier.

Good to know:

• Klarna currently accepts all major debit and credit cards (i.e. Mastercard or Visa). Prepaid cards are not accepted.

• Payments made by 8:00 pm ET will post the same day. Payments made after 8:00 pm ET will post the following day. You should expect funds to clear your bank account within 1-3 business days.

Haven’t received an email with your payment information?
