How do I register a returned order?

Register the return in your e-commerce platform. The updated returns information is reflected simultaneously in the Merchant portal.

To process the return in the Merchant portal:

  1. Go to Orders

  2. Select the returned order

Select the order lines to be refunded and tap Refund
