What do I do when I can’t deliver all the products to my customer in one go?
Perform a partial capture in the Merchant portal. Only capture the items that are available to ship.
Go to the order page in
Select the order items available
Tap Capture
Good to know:
You can manage your orders and perform actions such as capturing, cancelling, or refunding orders in the Merchant portal.
For partial shipments, the capture action can be used to capture payment for the items being shipped.
