Klarna Bank AB (publ) has issued a 3-year senior unsecured bond in the amount of SEK 2 billion.
Klarna has issued a senior unsecured bond of SEK 2 billion with a floating rate coupon of 3 months Stibor + 1.45 percent and a final maturity in September 2020. This supports Klarna’s continued growth.
Nordea Markets and Swedbank acted as bookrunners in the transaction.
