What is a registered user?
A registered user is the person who can log in to our order handling system, the Merchant Portal. Different users will have various levels of user access and the email address is thereby connected to the specific user. When contacting
you will be asked to identify yourself as a registered user to ensure any requested information is given to the officiant.
