Why did we receive an email from the customer that wasn’t sent from their private email address?

Our common customer sent you this email to ask for help with their order via the Klarna app instead of their private email address. For this purpose, we created a unique email address to forward questions from the customer to your support team.

Good to know: All replies to this email address will be available to the customer in the Klarna app.
