What happens if I request a payment holiday?

For our Pay in 3 and Pay in 30 days payment options, your payment is paused for 30 days.

Payment holidays for orders placed after 1 December 2022, with either Pay in 3 or Pay in 30 days, are reported to the credit bureaus and may affect your credit score. This will be made clear to you when agreeing to the payment holiday.

Financing

If you have shopped with a Financing payment option your order is paused for 90 days. During this period you will still be able to pay any amount if you wish to do so. You will not be able to make any new credit purchases during the pause.

Your payment holiday will be reported to the credit bureaus and may impact your credit score. This will be made clear to you when agreeing to the payment holiday.

Once your payment holiday ends the credit bureaus will be updated the following month and your payment schedule will resume automatically.
