How do I remove an order?

Go to

in the Merchant portal and open an order you want to remove. Click on the Refund all button to remove it. The refund will trigger a repayment to your customer (if they’ve already paid), and we’ll deduct the same amount from your next payout.

 

Good to know: if you’ve captured an order in parts, you need to refund every separately captured item from that order.
