The integration is not working. What should I do?

Here are some troubleshooting tips for all platforms.

If you can’t see Klarna listed as an option in checkout, it might be because:

  • Klarna’s plug-in is not activated

  • The page with terms and conditions is not linked

  • Another plug-in is disrupting Klarna’s plug-in

  • The design of your webshop, meaning your theme, is not compatible with Klarna’s plug-in

If Klarna is showing as an option in checkout, but is unable to complete an order, it might be because:

  • Test mode has been turned on, and should be turned off

  • Your Klarna API credentials are not entered in the correct location, or have not been entered yet

  • An incorrect version of the Klarna plug-in has been installed
