Where can I find the orders in the Merchant portal?
By logging into the Merchant portal and opening
, you’ll see an overview of all orders placed in your store. The top search bar lets you search for orders by either customer name, email address, Klarna reference, or order ID. You can also filter orders based on creation date, expiry date, store ID, and order status.
