How can I use Klarna on Apple Pay?

You can use Klarna's payment options directly on Apple Pay when shopping online on your iPhone, iPad, or in-store.

To shop in-store:

   Open Apple Wallet on your iPhone and tap the Add (+) button
2. 2.
   Select Pay Later Option and choose Klarna
3. 3.
   Follow the prompts to complete the setup

• Double-click the side button of your iPhone and select your Klarna card.
• Choose a plan that works best for you.
• Hold your iPhone near the card reader to complete your purchase.

To shop online:

1. 1.
   Tap Apple Pay at checkout
2. 2.
   Go to Other Cards & Pay Later Options to select Klarna
3. 3.
   Choose how you would like to pay
4. 4.
   Complete your purchase securely with Face/Touch ID, or use your passcode

Good to know:

• You'll receive your order confirmation by email.
• You can view and manage all your purchases in the Klarna app or on klarna.com.

To add your Klarna Card to Apple Wallet

   Go to Wallet
2. 2.
   Select your Klarna Card and tap Add to Apple Wallet
3. 3.
   Fill-in your card details and agree to the T&Cs on the Apple Wallet intro screen

   Select Done on the confirmation screen

Troubleshooting

• Be sure your device is updated to the latest iOS or iPadOS version.
• Error message Verification Not Available: Wait 24 hours before trying again.
• Error message Card Not Added:

   Be sure your Klarna Card is not temporarily frozen or blocked

   Check you entered the card details correctly

My order using Klarna on Apple Pay didn't go through

The reason is displayed in a pop-up message, which appears at checkout, if you are not approved to pay with Klarna. Be sure to follow the instructions in the pop-up message before attempting to make another purchase.
