How can I change the Administrator?
If the account has multiple administrators, one of these administrators can make changes to administrator access via the Merchant Portal.
Merchant Portal: Go to the Users app and click on “invite user”. To activate the change, the new administrator needs to confirm the new account.
If the only administrator has left the company, complete the Change of Administrator form (link) including such information as the name of the store, the organisation number, VAT-number, Merchant ID and the new administrator’s email address.
Please note, the form must be signed by the authorised signatory. By completing the section “previous admin email”, we will remove this user from the Merchant Portal.
