What is a dispute and how does Klarna help solve it?

Sometimes simple errors or miscommunications can cause problems with an order. As a result, your customer might open a dispute with us. The easiest way to resolve the dispute is to get in touch with your customer, work things out, and solve the issue together. If you can’t reach a solution, then we’ll step in and help to quickly and effectively solve the dispute.

We keep the dispute process quick and easy. We’ll contact both you and the customer to ask for information such as:

  • Received return confirmation

  • Tracking ID

  • Shipping date

This will help us determine if a dispute is valid or if it should be rejected.
